Jeannie Tofanelli: Conventional
and Private Financing. Jeannie has been in
real estate for over 23 years, specializing in real estate finance since
1990. Jeannie's track record in real estate is a valuable
commodity, benefiting our customers through her thorough understanding
of the entire industry. Jeannie works with conventional loans, commercial and
construction loans, and privately-funded loans for commercial and
residential clients. Jeannie has always been very active in the Nevada
County Board of Realtors, serving as President in 1998 and receiving the
Realtor of the Year award in 2000. Jeannie’s service to the local community
has been extensive, including as a board member and Executive Committee
secretary of the Nevada County Economic Resource Council, President
& Member of Soroptimist International of Nevada County, member of
the Nevada County Lady Elks, member and Vice President of Business and
Professional Women Organization, and a contributor to Domestic Violence

Angi Nix:
Loan Processor. Born and raised in Nevada
County, Angi has been with Gold Country Lenders since 2002. As a loan
processor, Angi follows our loans every step of the way, managing the
loan files after the initial application is submitted.
Angi pushes the loans through their course, making sure the various approvals
and requirements are met, and ensuring that the applications are
processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Angi is a student, as well, currently pursuing an MBA at Golden Gate University.

Kelle Alcala:
Loan Processor.
A
Grass Valley resident since 1973, Kelle joined Gold Country Lenders in
2000. Kelle worked at a title company in Las Vegas prior to her return
to Nevada County. Kelle works in our loan department as a loan
processor, helping our
loan applicants by processing and monitoring the files after the initial application is submitted. Kelle
also liaisons with the title companies and appraisers, moving the loan

Jill Maxwell: Loan
Officer. A Nevada County Resident since 1998, after moving north
from Palm Springs, Jill brings 15+ years of experience in Real Estate to
Gold Country Lenders. Jill's experience on the sales and finance side of
real estate allows her to present each client with a unique, tailored
financing package that best suits individual needs. Jill handles all
aspects of real estate finance, including purchases, refinancing,
construction and equity loans. In her spare time, Jill devotes time to

Susie Laferte: Chief Financial Officer / Broker.
Susie joined Gold Country Lenders in July of 1992, originally an assistant loan
processor. With 20 years experience in finance and bookkeeping, Susie attained
her real estate license in 1994 and her broker's license in 2001 and now serves
as Gold Country Lenders' Chief Financial Officer. Susie is a member of the
Nevada County Board of Realtors, and is a Notary Public. Out of the office,
Susie is active in Twin Cities Church, volunteering and co-leading a women's

Zack Murphy:
Marketing Director. Zack directs our marketing efforts, is developing
our newsletter, and manages public relations.
His primary focus will be to keep Gold Country Lenders' investors, borrowers,
and other partners in touch with new business opportunities, company news, and
any other interesting developments; in short, to help keep our customers
happy and informed. Zack's background is business development, marketing, and negotiation,
